1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Entries Ignite, a platform operated by NetAcct Solutions Private Limited. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using Entries Ignite on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Entries Ignite provides a technology platform connecting founders with a curated network of chartered accountants, compliance specialists, and legal experts for services including incorporation, GST registration, bookkeeping, payroll, compliance filings, legal documentation, audit support, and certifications.

We act as a single accountable delivery partner; underlying professional work may be performed by verified experts within our network, coordinated end-to-end through our platform.

3. Your Responsibilities

As a user of Entries Ignite, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information required for any service.
• Review draft documents and filings before final submission — you remain responsible for verifying accuracy prior to approval.
• Make timely payments for services as per the agreed pricing and schedule.
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes.

4. Payments & Pricing

Service fees are communicated before work begins and payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are transparent, with no hidden charges — any additional government fees, stamp duty, or third-party costs are communicated separately and are payable by you.

Subscription or recurring services (such as monthly bookkeeping or payroll) are billed on the agreed cycle until cancelled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Entries Ignite platform, including its software, design, templates, and content, is the intellectual property of NetAcct Solutions Private Limited. Documents prepared specifically for your business (such as contracts or filings) belong to you upon final delivery and full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Entries Ignite exercises professional care in delivering services, and all filings are reviewed before submission. However, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you, delays caused by government authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time, subject to completion of any in-progress statutory filings and settlement of outstanding fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Entries Ignite will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
