This Privacy Policy explains how Entries Ignite ("we", "us", "our"), operated by NetAcct Solutions Private Limited, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, mobile app, and business services platform.

By using Entries Ignite, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We collect the following categories of information to deliver and improve our services:

  • Account information — name, email, phone number, and company details provided during sign-up.
  • Business & compliance documents — incorporation documents, PAN, GST details, financial records, and other files you upload for service delivery.
  • Usage data — how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.
  • Payment information — processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store full card details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used to:

  • Deliver the services you've engaged us for — incorporation, compliance, accounting, payroll, and related filings.
  • Communicate updates on service status, deadlines, and account activity.
  • Improve platform functionality, security, and user experience.
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations, including statutory filings made on your behalf.

4. Data Security

We consider data security seriously and Entries Ignite will strive at all times to ensure that your personal information is protected against unauthorised or accidental access or erasure. We maintain this commitment to data security by implementing appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and secure your personal information. Our web servers are protected with state of art "firewalls", maintained periodically and monitored round the clock to prevent any unauthorised access. All practical steps are taken to ensure that personal data are not be kept longer than necessary and Entries Ignite will comply with all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements concerning the retention of personally identifiable information.

Our application does not use or retain any user data obtained through Workspace APIs or Gmail APIs to develop, improve, or train general-purpose AI or machine learning models. We fully comply with Google's Limited Use Policy.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with verified experts and partners within our closed delivery network solely to fulfil the services you've requested, and with regulatory or government authorities where a filing legally requires it.

We may also share information with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and cloud hosting providers) who are contractually bound to protect your data.

6. Mobile App – Location Data

The following applies specifically to users of the Entries Ignite mobile application (iOS and Android).

What we collect

When you use the Entries Ignite mobile app and check in for a work shift, the app collects your precise GPS location. Location data is collected periodically (approximately every 15 minutes) while your check-in session is active, including when the app is running in the background or your screen is locked.

Why we collect it

Location data is collected solely to verify employee field attendance and to record work-shift activity within your employer's HR management system. It is used to confirm that check-ins occur within permitted geographic zones and to provide live attendance tracking to your employer during active shifts.

When collection starts and stops

Location collection begins only when you initiate a check-in through the app. It stops automatically when you check out or terminate the session. No location data is collected outside of active check-in sessions.

Who receives it

Your location data is transmitted securely to your employer's HR system (powered by Entries). It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties. Your employer, as the data controller for HR records, determines how this data is stored and retained within their account.

Your control

You may deny or revoke location permission at any time through your device settings. Denying location access will prevent check-in functionality from working. You may contact your employer or Entries support at support@entriesignite.com to request access to or deletion of location records associated with your account.

7. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how our site is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser at any time.

8. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data, subject to statutory retention requirements for financial and compliance records.
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Financial and compliance-related documents may be retained longer to meet statutory recordkeeping requirements under Indian law.
